Terms

AllClays is a directory of sporting clays courses, as each club sets them, and a scorecard to shoot them with, on the web and in the app. These Terms are the agreement between you and AllClays for using it, and you accept them, with the Privacy Policy, when you set up your Account.

Only adults hold Accounts. When you set up an Account, you declare that you're 18 or older. A younger shooter takes part as a Guest, in an adult's Round.

The app asks your phone's store whether you're an adult, where the store can say, and doesn't open for anyone it says is under 18.

You sign in with a code we email you, so anyone who can read your email can sign in as you: keep your email secure. You're responsible for what's done with your Account. You can delete it at any time, as Support says.

As the Scorer of a Round, you have the right to enter each Guest's name and results: a Guest is a Shooter with no Account, known only by the name you give them. Give a name they're happy to be known by. A Guest's name is kept with your Round and deleted with it.

A published Layout is seen by everyone who shoots, so what you publish, and the name you're known by, must suit them all. There's no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Never publish anything that:

• is hateful, harassing or threatening, or abuses anyone;
• is sexually explicit, or violent beyond the sport;
• names or describes a private person;
• is unlawful, or isn't yours to share;
• misleads: a Layout describes a real Course, as it's set.

A Layout that breaks this policy can be withdrawn, and its publisher barred from publishing. A barred Account can still shoot.

A published Layout is public: anyone can see it, signed in or not, and any Account can shoot it. It never changes once published: a mistake is put right by publishing a new Layout that replaces it. It stays for other shooters after your Account is deleted, without any link to you.

Publishing a Layout lets AllClays keep it and show it to everyone, for good, at no charge. You confirm it's yours to give.

Completed Rounds feed Layout statistics: anonymous figures about a Layout, its Stations and its Targets, drawn from everyone who shot it, which never show who shot.

When your Account is deleted, your Completed Rounds stay as Anonymous Rounds for those statistics, with your name, your Guests' names and their exact times removed, so they can't be traced to you. While another Account is linked in one of them, it keeps the hour it started, in UTC, so that Account's history still shows the day it was shot; the hour goes once no Account is linked in it.

You can report a published Layout that's wrong or breaks this policy. Every Report is read, but no response time is promised, and a Report never changes a Layout by itself. Until a Layout's page can send one, write to support@allclays.com.

The date at the top is these Terms' version. A new version takes effect on its date, and you're asked to accept it before you next publish a Layout.

AllClays is offered as it is, with no promise that it's always there, free of mistakes, or right about a Course. Layouts are published by clubs and by shooters, and a Course on the day may differ from its Layout: the club's word is the one that counts. Shoot safely, and follow each club's rules.

As far as the law allows, AllClays isn't liable for any loss that comes from using it. AllClays may change, or stop, any part of the service.
